Woven Pear Subscription Details

Every month we will send you 3 pairs of socks exclusively designed for our monthly subscribers. These socks will not be available anywhere else at this price. The three pairs will comprise a combination of anklet and crew style socks, depending on the season and the designs.  

How do we charge you? 

Monthly. We will charge your payment method once every month. Charges typically go through on the 1st. 

3-Monthly. You will be charged in a lump sum every three months at a greater discount. The subscription renews after the three month period using the payment method you provide, so make sure to let us know you would like to cancel, or use the unique link you receive when signing up to cancel yourself. 

6-Monthly. You will be charged in a lump sum every six months at the greatest discount. The subscription renews after the six month period using the payment method you provide, so make sure to let us know you would like to cancel, or use the unique link you receive when signing up to cancel yourself. 

If you purchase a Gift Subscription, your payment method will not renew. Make sure to provide the shipping address for the gift recipient so we send the box to the right place!

How does the subscription work?

Your subscription starts the month you purchase your first Sock Box. On the 1st day of the following month, your next month's Sock Box is charged, and that month's order is shipped soon afterwards.

When will each box ship? 

We strive to ship on or before the 10th of every month. If your very first order is placed after the 10th of the month, that order will ship no within 1-2 days of your order. 

Can I use my discount code on the Sock Box?

Unfortunately, no. The sock box is already discounted so no additional discount codes can be used towards it.

How can I cancel my subscription? 

After the three month minimum, please give us a call, send us an email, of use the unique link you received when you signed up, if you would like to cancel. We would love to hear from you if have any questions or are not happy with your subscription. 

Do you accept returns or refunds? 

Using your unique link, you can skip a month, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription. If you received damaged socks we will replace them at no extra charge.  You have 14 days from when you receive the box to contact us about them. They must be in the packaging in order to be eligible for a refund/return. Click here to contact us.
